Catusquare – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Catusquare! We are committed to delivering your cat grooming accessories safely and efficiently to your doorstep anywhere across India.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional holidays).

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with India's leading domestic courier aggregators to provide the widest pin-code coverage across the country.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Deliveries to tier-1 metropolitan cities (like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai) are usually faster, while remote areas or Northeast states may take up to 8–10 business days.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and SMS containing your unique tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours of generation. You can monitor your package's journey directly via our courier partner’s portal.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy (Optional - Keep if you offer COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India to make shopping convenient for you.

  • To prevent fraudulent orders, our team may send an automated WhatsApp text or call you to confirm your address before dispatching a COD order. Unconfirmed COD orders will be canceled automatically after 48 hours.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address and pin code carefully before completing your purchase. Catusquare is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times and will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided. If the delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, rejecting the parcel, or providing an incorrect address, the package will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

  • If you receive your package in a completely damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent.

  • If you accept the package and find the internal items damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy—remember that a clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim a free replacement or refund for damaged transit goods.
